Simply put, graphic design is the art or skill of combining text and pictures in advertisements, magazines, or books.  It is also known as communication design, art with a purpose.  Good graphic design is critical to a business, since it can either entice people to your business or it can drive them away.  Here are some things to think about when you are contemplating graphics for your business.

Design should tell a story.  People in our fast-paced society don’t take the time to read through paragraph upon paragraph of text.  Show them an image and maybe add a few words, and that should be all they need to get a flavor of your business. Like it or not, first impressions do matter.  You have only a brief moment to capture the imagination of a potential customer, whether at your website or with a piece of advertising material.  Your business will be judged within seconds of a person’s seeing your brand.  High quality graphic design gives your business credibility, and that’s priceless.

Cost Effectiveness
